Marketing Specialist / Full Time Compensation: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, Based On Experience We are excited to find a Marketing Specialist to join our creative and collaborative marketing team at Chapel of the Flowers. This role focuses on supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives— from digital advertising and SEO to content creation and social media marketing— to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across our Vegas Weddings and Vegas Reception properties. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple channels, while also staying at the forefront of marketing innovation, including the use of AI-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing, technical AI Marketing & SEO: Assist in implementing SEO strategies developed with our agency partners to maximize organic search results. Research and recommend keyword trends, content ideas, and on-site optimizations to improve website performance. Use AI technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts, including content generation, trend analysis, and SEO optimization. Stay current on the latest AI developments, digital marketing trends, and search engine algorithm updates to help refine marketing strategies. Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Create and post blogs featuring wedding trends, customer stories, and other relevant topics aligned with SEO strategies. Analyze and report on paid ad performance and website traffic data. Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and other platforms. Maintain and update the look, feel, and information on all social media profiles to stay consistent with brand voice. Monitor and engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Creative Content & Sales Support: Help maintain the photo and video asset library for marketing and sales use. Assist in creating marketing collateral, sales presentations, and website mockups. Design graphics and edit marketing videos as needed (experience with Photoshop, Canva, or other creative tools is a plus). Copywriting: Write compelling, SEO and AI-friendly copy for web pages, blogs, social media posts, emails, and advertising materials. Ensure all written content is aligned with the brand’s tone and optimized for engagement. Email Marketing: Assist in writing and building promotional, informational, and transactional email campaigns. Work within email marketing platforms to design templates, segment lists, and schedule campaigns (basic HTML knowledge is helpful but not required). Public Relations & Media Support: Support media coordination efforts including tours, filming opportunities, and press events. Assist in drafting and distributing press releases and promotional materials. Help with media outreach and event promotions to increase brand visibility. Customer Retention & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews across key platforms such as TripAdvisor, Yelp, TheKnot.com, WeddingWire, and Google. Support lead management from affiliate partners to ensure timely responses from the sales team. Qualifications 1–3 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on digital marketing and content creation. Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media platforms. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and a strong interest in staying ahead of evolving AI technologies. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Experience with creative tools (such as Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro) preferred. Experience in growing multiple social media accounts with on brand content and graphics. Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot) and email design best practices. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and exploring new ideas.
