We're creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We're applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We're focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a "sleepy" industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy. About the role As a Senior Recruiter at Mytra, you'll join our People team during a period of rapid scaling across our hardware, software, and commercial organizations. You'll own hiring for talent for your defined internal customer and lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives. You'll manage risks and tradeoffs, while delivering quality hires and an exceptional candidates and hiring manager experience. As a full cycle recruiting, sourcing through offer, you'll operate independently day-to-day and acting as a genuine business partner to your hiring managers. You'll bring ideas and learnings to the team to continue to strengthen our hiring machine at Mytra. We're looking for someone who is AI-native by default: you use AI tools daily to accelerate sourcing, research, and outreach, and you know how to push back on and refine what the AI gives you. You're comfortable asking why, challenging scope, and using market data to shape a search. What you'll do: Own full cycle recruiting, role kickoff sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pre/debriefs and offer negotiation for mostly technical searches spanning multiple teams and functions Build and run proactive sourcing strategies, using AI tools to accelerate market research, candidate identification, and outreach drafting, while reviewing every output for accuracy and fit Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers: shape role scope and leveling, build interview plans, and surface hiring risks and solutions early before they become problems Determine your own execution approach within each search, anticipating risk and quickly resolving and escalating issues with a search Use recruiting data and market insight to continuously improve pipeline quality, candidate experience, and time to hire Deliver a consistently strong, well-communicated candidate experience from first touch through offer Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Mytra’s recruiting processes, tools, and standards Ideal Candidates Proven full cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup, mid-sized or scaling tech company AI-native: fluent using AI tools daily for sourcing, research, and drafting, with the judgment to critically evaluate and refine AI output rather than taking it at face value Strong business partnership instincts comfortable pushing back on hiring managers with supporting data and solutions, asking why, and shaping a search rather than just running it Demonstrated ability to operate independently: you determine your own approach within a search, anticipate risk, and solutions focusedSolid market knowledge, able to speak credibly to compensation, leveling, and candidate availability within their domain Clear communicator who invites opposing views, shares learnings openly, and holds themselves accountable for quality hiring outcomes Nice to have: Experience recruiting in robotics, hardware, or industrial/supply chain environments Experience partnering with technical or GTM hiring managers Exposure to ATS optimization or recruiting process design Benefits Include: Competitive compensation and equity grants at a high-growth company backed by top-tier VCs Fully subsidized health coverage, including medical (baseline plans), dental, and vision for employees and dependents 401(k) plans and employer-subsidized life insurance Fully subsidized lunch and snacks at HQ—we eat and share stories together at the "long" table Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including one week over the winter break so everyone can recharge together Voluntary pet insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Fully subsidized tax advisory services and education to help you understand your equity Commuter benefits, including a up to $150 monthly commuter benefit Lively, modern combined office and lab space where we rapidly iterate through design, build, and test phases Fully equipped onsite gym and showers at headquarters Pay Notice Compensation for this position will be set based on the candidate's experience level and location. The posted salary band is applicable only to the San Francisco Bay Area and is subject to change. This role requires on-site presence at our Brisbane, CA headquarters, for close collaboration with the other teams.
