Creative Strategist

Owning creative strategy and performance across a portfolio of high-priority client accounts, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will lead omnichannel creative development, translate performance data into compelling narratives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance strategic thinking and creative output. Key responsibilities Lead creative strategy and direction for assigned brands, including planning, execution, and performance analysis of creative assets Design and oversee creative testing roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client goals and maximizing performance impact Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to identify winning themes and translate insights into actionable creative concepts Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in performance creative strategy or a related digital marketing discipline Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused creative strategy across CPG, DTC, and/or eCommerce brands Advanced analytical skills with experience using creative analytics tools, preferably Motion Deep understanding of Meta and/or TikTok advertising ecosystems Experience collaborating closely with media buyers, video editors, designers, and developers
