Creative Strategist

Owning the high-level creative strategy for a portfolio of clients, the remote Creative Strategist will manage paid social campaigns, translate performance insights into actionable direction, and guide client conversations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee end-to-end creative strategies for paid social media campaigns across various platforms Analyze creative performance to identify insights and inform future strategic direction and messaging evolution Serve as the strategic lead in client relationships, presenting creative strategies and recommendations confidently Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, performance marketing, or brand strategy, preferably on the agency side Demonstrated experience in building messaging frameworks and creative direction for video and static ads on Meta and TikTok Proficiency in using performance data to inform creative decisions Some exposure to client-facing work, including presenting strategy and managing approvals Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and competitive research tools
