Our client, a leading organization in property management and building services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician 3 (5-7 years) to join their dedicated team. As a Building Maintenance Technician 3 (5-7 years), you will be an integral part of the facilities management department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $31

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple office buildings.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems efficiently and effectively.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.

• Inspect buildings and premises for safety hazards and perform necessary maintenance to eliminate risks.

• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.

• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
