BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Exciting Opportunity for Behavior Analysts to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in Greater Orlando! The opportunity to conduct behavior skills training and provide essential performance feedback to caregivers. A role within an interdisciplinary team, working in collaboration with our Clinical Director, towards achieving person-centered objectives. A dynamic work environment that includes both community-based day programs and residential settings. What We\'re Looking For: A committed Behavior Analyst ready to develop, implement, and adjust behavioral plans and interventions. A team player eager to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and in close collaboration with our Clinical Director. Someone passionate about contributing to the well-being and development of adults with intellectual disabilities. Location: Services are to be provided within the community-based day program and residential settings in Greater Orlando and Lake County Areas. Salary: Up to $95,000 salary plus full benefits. BCBAs are eligible for performance bonuses Monthly/quarterly to for a salary and performance bonuses up to $95,000 Annually.
