Location: Worcester, MA
Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift : 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM OR 12-Hour Eves | 3:00 PM–3:30 AM
Contract: 26 weeks | Local & Travel Accepted
Requirements
- 18 months of ER experience required; 2+ years preferred
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- Level I Trauma experience required
- EPIC experience preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret telemetry
- Psych/Behavioral Health ED experience strongly preferred
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Every other weekend coverage required
Certifications
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- PALS required
- NIHSS preferred
- TNCC preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Care for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
- Perform cardiac monitoring and emergency response
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Provide respiratory care and care of ventilated patients
- Perform triage and prioritize patient care
- Provide care for patients with behavioral health and psychiatric needs
- Maintain safe, quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting
