Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join a healthcare facility in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory testing, analyze specimens, maintain quality standards, and support patient diagnosis and treatment through accurate laboratory results.
Required Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing and specimen analysis.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of laboratory results.
- Process patient specimens according to laboratory protocols.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
- Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care.
- Assist with troubleshooting laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Perform other laboratory-related duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Laboratory Technology Program required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience required.
- Active New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (092).
- Primary Source Verification required.
- BLS preferred.
