Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Overnight Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
Work Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform laboratory testing and analysis to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and care. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting and hold an active state licensure.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and efficiency.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory activities and results.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support clinical decision-making.
Follow proper procedures for specimen collection, handling, processing, and storage.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes.
Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or a related field from an accredited program.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
Active Clinical Laboratory Technologist license issued by a state regulatory authority.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
