Territory Manager, Acute Care (Minneapolis)

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for acute care in the Minneapolis area to drive sales revenue and exceed quota across divisional priorities. The role involves building customer relationships, managing territory operations, and developing new business opportunities in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to meet established quotas and contest qualification targets
• Develop and execute clinical assessments and support new product implementation programs
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospital stakeholders including physicians, materials management, and executives
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service training as needed
• Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with three or more years of sales experience and demonstrated sales success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with healthcare professionals and executives
• Proficiency with personal computers, MS Excel, MS Word, and sales information systems
• Clinical knowledge in relevant disease states and hospital reimbursement programs
• Experience presenting to hospital value analysis committees and C-suite personnel
• Ability to manage territory budgets and adapt to changing environments
