Parts Specialist/Office Manager

We are looking for a dependable and organized Office/Parts Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and working in a busy auto repair shop.
Job Duties- Order and manage auto parts and shop supplies
- Keep track of inventory
- Work with technicians to make sure they have the parts they need
- Schedule appointments and help customers
- Handle office tasks and payments
- Keep the office and parts area clean and organized
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work as part of a team to keep the shop running smoothly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and stay on top of daily tasks
- Comfortable using a computer
- Previous office or parts experience is a plus
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
We are a family-owned auto repair and tire shop in Seaside, CA. We take pride in honest work, quality service, and treating our customers and employees with respect.
