Arrive Realty is looking for an experienced Residential Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team and take ownership of the transaction process from contract to close.

This is not a general administrative position. We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in residential transaction coordination, escrow, lending, or a closely related residential real estate transaction role.

You should already understand the moving parts of a residential transaction and be comfortable managing deadlines, documentation, communication, and multiple parties. 

You will work closely with our agents, clients, escrow officers, lenders, inspectors, vendors, and internal operations team to keep transactions organized, on track, and moving toward a successful close.

Most importantly, you take ownership. When something is assigned to you, you don't consider it complete because you sent an email. You consider it complete when the outcome has been achieved.
