Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Find acquisition propertiesDevelop a builder, developer, and contractor networkInvestment property lead generationInvestment property lead follow-upListing appointmentsInvestment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions Ability to learn and coachableSales experience Compensation: $135,000+ at plan
