This company is looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Executive who loves the hunt, knows how to earn a seat at the executive table, and thrives on turning complex business challenges into high-value solutions.

You'll engage leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance and IT, uncover significant operational challenges, and help enterprise organizations realize greater value from their SAP investments.

This client is a specialized consulting firm headquartered in Naperville, Illinois, with deep expertise in SAP supply chain optimization. The team helps organizations improve inventory performance, unlock working capital and create lasting operational improvements by bringing together people, processes and technology.

The Opportunity

From identifying and opening new enterprise relationships through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and close, you'll lead the full business development lifecycle.

You'll be trusted to:

• Build and develop a pipeline of net-new enterprise opportunities
• Prospect into manufacturing, industrial and SAP-driven organizations
• Engage C-suite and senior leaders across supply chain, operations, finance and IT
• Lead strategic discovery conversations that uncover business challenges and measurable impact
• Position complex, high-value consulting solutions
• Navigate multiple stakeholders and sophisticated buying processes
• Build relationships that extend beyond the initial sale
• Partner closely with Reveal's consulting and delivery experts
• Represent Reveal with clients, prospects and at industry events throughout North America

You'll likely bring:

• 5–10+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• A proven track record of net-new business development
• Experience selling complex, consultative solutions
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, operations, supply chain or ERP environments
• Experience managing large opportunities and longer sales cycles
• Confidence engaging C-suite and executive decision-makers
• Strong discovery, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate business value
• A self-directed, disciplined and highly motivated approach to sales
• Ability to travel up to 30-50% throughout North America

And the earning opportunity reflects the impact:

Base Salary: $120K–$140K+, with flexibility for exceptional experience

Target OTE: $250K and higher

Commission: Uncapped
