Data CoordinatorLocation: Darien, CTWork Model: OnsiteHours: M-F 9am-5pmCompensation: $30.00/hrType: 12-month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanentResponsibilities:Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation from suppliers and internal databasesSupport chemist with raw materials needed for formula developmentPrioritize raw materials for review and update based on requirements, business needs, and project timelinesTrack progress and maintain visibility of outstanding documentation requestsPartner with global R&D and Product Lifecycle Management teams to obtain and validate raw material informationObserve and understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunitiesGather input and translate needs into actionable improvementsAdvance digital, system, and process capabilities by:Creating, improving, and maintaining Excel tools (tracking, reporting, automation)Supporting implementation and adoption of new software or systemsDeveloping simple, practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and data qualityAssist with documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree is requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting; automation a plus)Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systemsHighly organized, detail oriented, and process mindedStrong listening skills with a proactive, solution oriented mindsetComfortable balancing both administrative tasks and technical problem solvingScience or Engineering background preferredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
