Senior Information Security Analyst

Salary: $30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Experience in securities or financial services is preferred.
• Proven experience provisioning external client users and entitlements.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence; experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of business needs and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes.

• Establish and maintain access for new and existing external client users across BNY applications by carrying out complex security administration tasks.
• Enter and manage client, account, user, and service entitlement data in provisioning systems.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify security administration processes, workflows, and form designs.
• Conduct reconciliations and governance oversight to support compliance and data integrity.
• Provide administrative and advanced operational support for IAM activities and security components.
• Follow and support security processes and initiatives to strengthen operational security.
• Participate in projects that improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Keep current with evolving security practices, procedures, and standards across platforms.
• Support team objectives and contribute to continuous improvement.
