Safety Director - Multi-Site Compliance

Bollinger Shipyards is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the organization’s safety programs across multiple facilities and ensure regulatory compliance. The role partners with operations leadership to reduce risk and strengthen employee engagement in workplace safety. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years for manufacturing or shipyard environments, and proven leadership experience across locations. CPC/CIH preferred.
