Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher with preparation and implementation of lesson plans.
• Support students by reinforcing classroom rules and academic concepts.
• Work one-on-one or with small groups to provide individualized attention and encouragement.
• Track student progress and communicate observations to teachers.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive classroom environment.
• Provide assistance with classroom management and facilitate positive student interactions.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and staff trainings when requested.
