Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Support the development and implementation of spa programs, promotions, and events to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to spa operations.
• Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with scheduling and point-of-sale software.
