Service Consultant

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Education High School Experience 1-3 years Additional Information We are a family owned dealership who understands you are not just a number. You will be a valuable member of our work family. We employ 3 service advisors and the other 2 advisors have been here for 5 plus years. We work as a team and fully believe in that way.
