Shift Leader

Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for a Shift Leader. Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They help ensure product quality and a clean, safe environment. Many General Managers started as Shift Leaders.
