ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and were currently a growing team of two with a strong foundation and big goals ahead. Before opening my office, I spent 20 years in the sporting industry, and I made the move into State Farm because I wanted the opportunity to run my own business while making a real difference by helping people protect what matters most.

Outside of work, Im a retired ultramarathoner, and that mindset carries into how I lead: consistent effort, staying motivated, and always working to improve. I believe success comes from showing up every day, doing the right things, and taking care of people the right way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tim Urbine - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
