Are you an energetic, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Hunter Roach State Farm is seeking a driven Account Manager to help grow our business through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences. - Work fully REMOTE within Mountain or Central Time Zones
- Competitive base salary PLUS commission and bonuses

- Generate leads, prospect clients, and build lasting customer relationshipsall remotely
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to explain insurance products, coverage options, and pricing comparisons
- Provide timely, courteous customer service addressing inquiries about eligibility, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a total commitment to your success every day
- Proven sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred)
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Genuine interest in helping clients manage risks and achieve their goals through insurance and financial products
- Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated
- Must currently hold a valid Property and Casualty license
This position is with an independent State Farm agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
