Complete our award‑winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and utilizing Orkin Pro expertise to recommend the most efficient and innovative solution. Prepare and install home or business services to include, but not limited to, attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency. Interact with customers in their home or business by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction. Complete all required service‑related documentation and leverage your hand‑held device provided for speed and accuracy. Benefits Competitive earnings starting at $22 to $22 per hour. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days of employment (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field, manage route assignments and interact with customers in their businesses and/or homes. What will my work environment be like? Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willing to work under different weather conditions.
