Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring an experienced Machinist for projects located in Holland, MI . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$35/hour with $100/per diem  based on experience and skill level. If you are a Machinist eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Machine shop work 
• Working with boring mills 
• Setting up jobs on the mills 
• Loading and fixating work pieces onto the work table 
• Adjusting programs using zero reference points and offsets 
• Calculating speeds and feeds 
• Making adjustments
• Editing CNC programs to print 
• Using micrometers, telescoping gauges, vernier calipers and dial indicators to do quality checks on the parts

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with CNC horizontal/vertical boring mills 
• Must be able to read blueprints 
• Must be able to use an overhead crane
