Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in our inpatient setting. In this flexible-schedule role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence after major illness or injury. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and support a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement while growing your skills in a leading post-acute care environment.
