Finance Manager

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually Join Our Team We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy and growing Honda dealership. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive service advisor experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Honda dealership experience, Reynolds & Reynolds experience, Xtime proficiency, and bilingual abilities are highly preferred. Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle service and maintenance needs. Create and manage repair orders using Reynolds & Reynolds. Schedule and manage appointments through Xtime. Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs. Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and completed repairs. Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels. Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services while building trust and long-term relationships. Process warranty and maintenance repairs according to Honda standards. Meet and exceed individual and departmental performance goals. Qualifications Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS required. Experience with Xtime scheduling and service management preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced dealership environment. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
