Finance Manager

Overview LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead cash management and AR operations. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented professional with strong supervisory experience and a deep understanding of full-cycle accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Manage daily cash operations, including bank reconciliations, cash positioning, and liquidity planning. Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal working capital and funding availability. Lead treasury functions including banking relationships, payment processing, and treasury reporting. Supervise and mentor a team of AR and treasury staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, accounting, and operations to support financial planning and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Support month-end close activities related to AR and treasury, including journal entries and reconciliations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Treasury, preferably in manufacturing. Proven supervisory experience with a track record of team development. Strong understanding of cash flow management, collections strategies, and banking operations. Proficiency in ERP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Compensation $125,000-$140,000 Benefits Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision. PTO is offered on an accrual basis. Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law.
