Strategic Finance Manager

Overview Tatum was recently made aware of a new opening within a long-term client of ours. This role will report directly to the Head of Finance within a growing team and organization. The ideal candidate will come from an investment banking background and work directly with leadership and investors. Base pay and compensation Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and RSUs Responsibilities 3+ years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development or strategic finance required Building, testing, and quality-checking complex models is required Strategic M&A evaluation, capital allocation, new business cases, etc. Drafting board and investor presentations, strategy decks, special projects This department is being built up from scratch This role has access to their equity ownership program with a direct stake in the business This is a new acquisition under an incredibly tenured and successful investment firm.
