Headway - Design & Development

Headway is building a mental healthcare platform and is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to influence how the company grows, invests, and measures success. You will partner with leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and People to translate plans into forecasts and unit economics with rigorous financial logic. You will own the planning and forecasting cycle end-to-end, manage the operating budget with partner teams, and drive KPI definition and visibility in partnership with #J-18808-Ljbffr
