The Role Overview The Clinic RN – Float Pool provides flexible nursing support across multiple clinics and campuses, including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Specialty Care, and Women’s Health. They deliver professional nursing care, patient assessment, care coordination, and clinical support in various ambulatory settings. The role requires adaptability to different patient populations, provider teams, and operational workflows, maintaining high standards of patient care and collaboration. Responsibilities Travel to multiple clinic locations including major campuses and satellite clinics. Support diverse care teams with clinical tasks and patient care. Provide assessment, clinical support, and care coordination. Adapt quickly to different clinical workflows and patient needs. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree). Washington RN license upon hire. National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association). At least 18 months of professional nursing experience. Key Attributes Flexibility, clinical confidence, and quick adaptability.
