Full Time Manual Labor Hogansville, GA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1026 Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.00 Hourly Summary: Under general direction, performs a variety of production duties to maintain the line; performs cleaning and have knowledge of production procedures. Distinguishing Characteristics: This is a fully qualified production position; reports to Team Leader. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Required Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the practices of welding and minor maintenance of production line. Knowledge of welding procedures and techniques. Knowledge of cleaning and repair procedures. Knowledge of safe work principles and practices. Knowledge of the Dongwon’s policies and procedures. Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks and demands. Skill in working within deadlines to complete projects and assignments. Skill in identifying and recommending solutions to problems. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers and other Dongwon employees. Education, Experience, Certifications and Licenses: One (1) year experience in welding and working on production line. Helpful, but can be trained. Environmental Factors and Conditions/Physical Requirements: Work is performed within Dongwon facilities. May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
