Today we have two main products: Atrato Pago is a financing that allows our affiliated businesses to offer their products and services in monthly or bi-monthly payments for up to 24 months and with amounts up to 200,000 MXN. Atrato Cash is a personal credit that our customers can access once they have paid a part of their first loan. The way it works is very simple, as an Atrato customer, with just a few clicks you can receive a loan of up to 200,000 MXN in your bank account. Atrato was founded in 2019 and since then we have not stopped growing in an accelerated way. To date we have helped thousands of customers finance their purchases, which are in different verticals such as furniture, electronics, medical services, among others. This same growth has allowed us to be recognized as one of the 30 business promises of 2022 by Forbes and has also put us in the sights of recognized international investors such as Y Combinator, Accel and Architect Capital. As a Customer Support Specialist at Atrato, you will be the main point of contact for customer and business inquiries, providing exceptional and empathetic service. You will understand their needs to offer efficient solutions and clear answers, as well as collaborate with other teams to ensure the best possible solution and experience. More than 8 months of customer service experience, managing different written and call communication channels. Experience in fast-paced and constantly changing environments. Impeccable spelling, grammar and writing. You have the ability to write in both a formal and informal tone, and adapt to the company's communication style. You are highly motivated and know how to work well in a team. You have great emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships. You are very organized, able to solve multiple problems simultaneously and provide clear and concise communication. Provide immediate support to requests received in writing, either through chat, email, web widget or phone calls: General doubts about Atrato Process to create a request Cancellations, among other topics Provide immediate support to requests generated by the internal team through the company's communication channels. Demonstrate excellent effective communication and empathy skills.
