Full-Time Framing Manager

Store Manager - Collegeville, PA Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors. Lead the delivery of high‑quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager. Achieve personal KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPI’s. Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking. Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned. Manage and execute shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members; support talent development activities; participate in performance management activities of your team. Partner with MODs daily on expectations of framing and other framers. Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values. Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget. Follow SOPs and company programs and ensure a safe environment. Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions. Assist with omni‑channel processes. Minimum Experience & Qualifications Basic computer skills. Preferred Experience Previous custom framing experience. Retail management experience. Experience leading a sales team. Physical Requirements Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Ability to move throughout the store. Ability to remain standing for long periods of time. Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Work Environment Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled. Occasional outdoor work (e.g., retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks). The framestore contains glass cutter and heat press equipment. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
