What appears seamless to consumers and businesses relies on an intricate network of systems, authoritative data and key processes working flawlessly behind the scenes.Our work delivers the reliability, choice and convenience that modern communications demand as the landscape continues to evolve.Responsibilities:Review of contracts & detailed application documentsValidation of data against requirementsResolve issues directly; escalate more complex customer issues to team leadsWork to achieve individual productivity metrics, particularly during periods of high demandInteract with internal and external contacts via phone or email in a professional mannerFor new projects, develop and implement detailed processes based upon approved high level Methods and ProceduresAdjust procedures to meet specific needs while adhering to neutrality guidelinesRecognize potential improvements in Methods and Procedures and make suggestions to team leaderAssist in managing annual qualification and renewal processesOutreach to customers to foster relationshipsRequirements:Attention to detailAbility to adjust to workflow changes quicklyAbility to work across organizations to implement processes and support customersComfortable working both independently and in a group settingFamiliarity and comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointComfortable working in fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of 2+ yearsUS Citizenship requiredHybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-personAdditional Skills:Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Strong interpersonal skills2+ years business experience with desired emphasis on customer serviceAt iconectiv, we expect to pay between $56k- $81kfor this role. This role is eligible for variable pay (bonus). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, skills, abilities and geographic region.On the first of the month following date of hire, employees working more than 30 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability (short and long term) and basic and supplemental life insurances.
