Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive

Eagle Point Insurance Group, Inc. is an established independent insurance agency located in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. We provide personal and commercial insurance solutions through a variety of respected insurance carriers and place a strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, responsive service and individualized coverage. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive to join our team. This is primarily an account management, client service and inside-sales position. Outside production is optional and is not required.

The Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive will manage and service an assigned book of commercial property and casualty business while also supporting new-business and inside-sales opportunities. The ideal candidate can independently manage commercial accounts, understands commercial coverages and underwriting requirements, and is comfortable communicating directly with clients and insurance carrier partners. The position includes responsibility for renewals, policy servicing, remarketing when appropriate, coverage review, client communication and identifying opportunities to round out and grow existing accounts.

We are looking for someone who already knows commercial insurance and enjoys taking ownership of client relationships. The right person will be able to step into an established independent-agency environment, understand what needs to be done, communicate confidently with clients and carriers, and manage accounts from renewal and remarketing through policy issuance and ongoing service. Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who values responsiveness, professionalism, teamwork, good judgment and doing what is right for the client.
