We’re seeking an enthusiastic Event Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to represent exciting brands at promotional events, engage directly with customers, and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, retail activations, and community campaigns. Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products and services and generate sales opportunities. Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations that create interest and drive results. Build positive relationships with prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service. Brand Promotion & Marketing Support Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about products, services, and promotional offers. Support the execution of event marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Gather customer feedback and market insights to support ongoing promotional initiatives. Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Track customer interactions and contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Assist in maximizing event performance through effective communication and sales techniques. Event Operations Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities. Assist with event logistics to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic event environment. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence engaging with customers in face-to-face environments. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and marketing. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is beneficial but not required.
