Product Marketing Coordinator - Advanced Packaging

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator - Advanced Packaging to join their team. As a Product Marketing Coordinator - Advanced Packaging, you will be part of the Product Management and Marketing departments supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Marketing Coordinator - Advanced Packaging

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (On-site)

Pay Range: $47.00 - $53.00 per hour

Shift: Day 

What's the Job?

• Support day-to-day management of the HWS product line, including tracking demand versus forecast and coordinating with operations on supply and delivery.
• Assist in executing new product development (NPD) and customer-driven projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Prepare product presentations, customer materials, and update product collateral such as datasheets and internal tools.
• Support marketing activities for new and existing products, including RFQs and pricing analysis.
• Act as a coordination hub across functions to ensure alignment on customer requirements and delivery commitments.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, Plastics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, engineering, or operations.
• Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry (preferred).
• Exposure to plastic-based products, FOUP, or wafer handling (advantage).
• Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
