Enjoy the satisfaction of supporting patient care while working in a professional and supportive team.ResponsibilitiesPerform medical assisting duties in an outpatient clinic setting, including preparing patients and assisting during procedures.Ensure patient comfort and safety during exams, adhering to clinic policies and standards.Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including assisting with specimen collection and processing.Support clinical staff with day-to-day tasks, including pre- and post-procedure preparations.Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including Covid-19 vaccination requirements.Required SkillsCertified Medical Assistant certification required.Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, preferably in an imaging or procedure-focused outpatient clinic.Ability to follow detailed protocols and coordinate with clinical staff effectively.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & RequirementsCovid vaccine is required; candidates with vaccination are preferred. Must be able to start pending compliance with drug screening.Work schedule primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 or 8:30 AM to 4:30 or 5:00 PM, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.Scrubs uniform preferred.Experience in outpatient or clinical environments is advantageous.Schedule flexibility is not required; weekend work is not expected.Experience in outpatient medical assisting with a focus on imaging or procedures will position you for success in this role.
