Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues and coordinate with third party entities Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications Team player Licensed real estate professional Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Show a track record of real estate success 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Beth G Homes - Keller Williams Real Estate Agent
