Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate for its Seattle, WA office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and finance. Duties Draft leases and purchase and sale agreements. Review title commitments and related documents. Manage real estate leasing for landlords and tenants. Handle acquisitions and dispositions of real estate. Requirements Licensed to practice in Washington. Strong writing skills. Excellent academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Washington State Bar admission.
