Job Details

As a Real Estate Associate Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:

• JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Minimum of 5 years of of relevant transactional real estate experience is required
• Experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm strongly preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with AI tools — including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration — will be strongly preferred
• Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents and interface directly with clients and counterparties
