Below is a detailed overview of what we’re looking for: Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, aiming for high client satisfaction and retention. Clearly communicate marketing concepts, strategies, and campaign performance to clients, particularly healthcare professionals, to ensure understanding and alignment on goals. Act as a liaison between clients and our internal team to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Support clients through various communication methods such as email, phone, screenshare, and in-person meetings. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment to enhance your professional growth. Deliver exceptional customer service daily, keeping current clients satisfied and engaged. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, integrate them smoothly, and foster ongoing client relationships. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including with executive and C-level stakeholders. Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, with a commitment to continuous professional development in the field. Natural ability to build relationships characterized by integrity, reliability, and maturity. Ability to travel to client sites for filming, as needed, up to 20% of the time. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000, based on experience and qualifications. Quarterly bonuses offered based on client retention.
