As a Restaurant Server in a casual and fast-casual dining environment, you will provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. You will occasionally assist with bar service and beverage preparation while efficiently managing orders and payments using designated POS systems during shifts typically lasting 4-6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, occasionally assisting with bar service and beverage preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in restaurant service
• Proficiency with specific POS systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with upselling techniques
• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
