Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Registered Nurse – Progressive CareNights; options for 36 or 48 hours per week, with rotating weekend requirements as needed.55-bed unit with a typical daily census of approximately 38 patients.Current RN license in the state or compact license.Cardiovascular/telemetry experience required; 1+ year bedside RN experience preferred.Charting experience in Epic is required.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; CPI preferred.Experience with patient ratios of 1:4.Provide care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac diagnoses.Monitor telemetry and manage cardiac drips.Assist with post-cardiac procedures and recovery.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application, with a maximum of 4 days eligible for auto-approval.
