Overview A lovely retired couple in Potomac, MD is seeking a talented and reliable private cook to source and cook dinners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a cook seeking work-life balance and an environment that welcomes creativity and talent. Responsibilities Cook/prepare meals (dinner) Take care of grocery shopping to ensure a well-stocked kitchen Craft delicious, customized meals based on preferences Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Handle post-meal cleanup and dishwashing Travel with the family to their home on Cape Cod for part of the summer and perform duties there as required Experience and Qualifications 2-3 years chef/cook experience, including some in-home/private cook experience Culinary training and credentials preferred but not required Highly organized and professional demeanor Good communication skills Travel The family travels for several weeks over the summer to Cape Cod, a short walk from the beach.
