About Our Client

Client is a strong Augusta commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare construction division.

Job Description

Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures.
Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on-site.
Assist in managing project resources, including materials and labor allocation.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:

Experience in construction project coordination and management.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage project timelines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement solutions.
