Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-focused outpatient mental health team. Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, and deliver psychoeducation. Your work primarily involves individual therapy services, with occasional group opportunities. The role offers flexible hybrid scheduling, including onsite and telehealth options, with a requirement for one evening appointment weekly. Ideal candidates possess a master's degree in a behavioral health field, practicum experience, and are eligible for or hold an "In Training" license (such as APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT). Preferred qualifications include active licensure, experience with justice-involved populations, and trauma-informed care knowledge.
