Laser Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Sunday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
- Set up, calibrate, and run CNC laser machines to cut sheet metal to precise blueprints
- Key responsibilities include staging materials, selecting appropriate lenses and gases, editing cutting programs, and performing routine quality checks using precision measuring tools
- Load programs and edit G-Code programs
- Stack finished parts on skid
Laser Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience of at least 1 year
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (8–10 hours)
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift more
- Ability to perform physical, repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
