Houseperson

As a Houseperson, you play an essential role behind the scenes—supporting the team by stripping and transporting linens, delivering supplies, and helpingmaintaina clean, safe, and guest-ready environment for every stay. Responsibilities: Clean andmaintainpublic areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards. Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing). Transport cleanlinento floors and collect soiledlinenfor laundry processing. Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift. Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly. Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs). Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns. Supportadditionalhousekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs. Qualifications: Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintaincleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and support team operations. Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment throughout shift. Strongtime-managementand organizational skills. Basic communication skills with a guest-service mindset. Reliable, professional, andsafety-focused. Must be able toworka flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to cleanliness, safety, andsupportingan exceptional guest experience.
